Descrizione Generale
The ODYSSEE-MURE project monitors energy efficiency and CO2 trends, and it evaluates national energy efficiency policy measures and Community Directives at EU-15 and national levels (including Norway). It builds on two complementary tools: the ODYSSEE database on energy efficiency / CO2 indicators (www.odyssee-indicators.org)and the MURE database which contains a description and evaluation of energy efficiency measures by country (www.mure2.com). These databases will be updated to reflect the situation in 2005 and new methodologies, such as the ODEX indicator, will be included. To collect and report data, the project uses a network of 15 national teams composed mostly of generally belong to the national agencies in charge of energy efficiency. Targeted information will ensure use of the ODYSSEE-MURE data bases database by the European Commission (Directorates-General for Transport and Energy, Environment), the International Energy Agency etc.
Attività svolta da ENEA
Aggiornamento del dbase ODYSSEE al 2004; elaborazione di un rapporto finale sull'efficienza energetica in Italia dal 1990 al 2004 e diffusione dello stesso; partecipazione a tre workshop tecnici europei.
