the objectives of the Concerted Action Funty which is a thematic network, is to coordinate projects which are already funded . Trought the coordination the development of the following themes will be examined: to compare R&D strategic objectives and plans in order to prevent duplication of efforts and to optimize resources. The reccomandations derived from this analysys will help the updating of the European Commission's policy on Fuel Cells. To assess current and expected performance of SOFC and MCFC, with respect to competing technologies such as gas turbines. Analyse the socio-economic consequences of the use of High Temperature Fuel Cells ; assess the market of this innovative type of equipment in Europe and to analyse the competitions in the USA and Japan.
Attività svolta da ENEA
L'Enea ha un contratto di associazione con la Società Bertin e deve svolgere le seguenti attività: fornire ail contraente i dati e le informazioni necessarie all'analisi delle problematiche relative all'impatto sociale, industriale ed economico connesso con l'introduzione nel mercato di celle a combustibile ad alta temperatura per applicazioni stazionarie e di individuare sia le barriere che potrebbero ritardare o impedire detta introduzione sia le possibili metodologie per superarle.
