The present consortium candidates to be an OPET covering all Italian territory, and aims at developing a new promotion instrument: Energy-Environmental Clearing House (EE-CH), to overcome problems and barriers acting against the market penetration of new energy technologies, thus pursuing three objectives: 1. Supporting Local Administration (LA) with technical advice and new social-of new energy service companies; 2. Assisting Energy Managers (EM), at European level, with a new periodical for professional update, information-experiences exchange and the promotion of EM role; 3. Preparing the basis for building a link among decision makers, financiers and project developers, by identifying technical solutions and financial resources for creating energy-environmental projects' financial opportunities in olive oil and urban transport sectors.

Attività svolta da ENEA

L'ENEA si è impegnato a svolgere un nuovo programma di attività per la diffusione dell'informazione sulle tecnologie energetiche ad alta efficienza e sulle fonti rinnovabili e per l'incentivazione della loro adozione da parte dell'utenza.
