The overall objective of the proposal training programme is to support EU activities in the Deuterium-Tritium Fuel Cycle area for Tritium. This will provide a broader basis for the optimum design of Fuel Cycle components, for wider experience for safe operation of the tritium facilities, and for recruiting of skilled professional staff required for the realisation and operation of the Fuel Cycle and for the tritium handling in ITER.
