Descrizione Generale

The objective of the project is the provision of training and tutoring of the experts of nuclear regulatory
authorities (NRAs) and their technical safety organisations (TSOs) in view of strengthening their capabilities.
The project will support the NRAs in their effort to become reasonably self-sufficient in terms of management
and technical means.
The salient points are the reference to international safety standards and EU best practices; the broad coverage in terms of both training expectations and geographical repartition of recipient partners; the inclusion of regional safety networks and the wish to complement rather than duplicate past and existing training assistance programme.
