Descrizione Generale
The SSIC will support and facilitate sustainable technological development and educational ac-tivities in KCA and KAVA activities by making use of the sustainability assessment toolbox. The SSIC will provide information on sustainability of material stocks, evidence on resource efficien-cy, analysis of critical raw material savings, guidance on innovation options for life cycle impact hotspots, sustainable up-scaling scenarios, socio-economic cost and benefits, job creation po-tential of new technologies, market potential, recyclability benefits of new waste valorisation options, etc.
