Descrizione:

The preparatory actions will prepare and facilitate the launch of a 'cooperation platform' between the national Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) on a voluntary basis. Such cooperation requires the identification of relevant tools, definition of procedures, training of staff in order to ensure effective joint efforts and responsiveness to cyber-attacks, and supporting activities. Objectives 1) Define and compile the technical, structural and organisational specifications for the cooperation platform, based on the needs identified by stakeholders and experts. 2) Define and establish a governance structure for the creation and sustainable operation of the platform that ensures involvement and trusted cooperation between the involved stakeholders. 3) Develop a detailed roadmap for the establishment and long-term operation of the platform, based on the needs identified and agreed by the stakeholders involved and leading to efficient and relevant cooperation between them.
