Descrizione:

Aim of this project is to explore ways to unlock a regeneration programme on the district of Villa San Martino in Pesaro. This implies not only defining suitable retrofit delivery models, technical solutions and financing options to develop a strong business plan that may attract investment, but also building a participation model of the whole community in moving to a green district vision. The programme will focus on the retrofit of existing residential an public buildings (eigher owned by the local social housinG company, by private owners Or by the Municipality) and the regeneration of the green areas towards a more resilient configuration. All this clearly alignes with Climate-KIC's 2030 impact goals: 'Promote retrofit and decentralized energy' and 'Create green, resilient cities'. The municipality is ready to set environmental standards and retrofit targets well above minimum requir

L'ENEA è leader del work package 2 'Stakeholder engagement'. Le attività prevedono l'analisi e la mappatura degli stakeholder, la progettazione di attività per facilitare il coinvolgimento degli stakeholder territoriali e dei cittadini; l'organizzazione di workshop ed eventi.
